Unlikley interspecies friendships are always adorable and tug on our heartstrings, this story is no exception.
This is the story of a German shepherd named Vendetta and an Indian runner duck named Lemony, who are the best of friends.
Their owner is an 18-year-old called Natacha who is also an amateur photographer and captures their daily lives on camera.
“Vendetta is such a sweet and friendly dog with everyone and every animal that when Lemony arrived in our home as a duckling in June 2018, I hadn’t any apprehension of putting them together”
“To my surprise, Lemony was absolutely not afraid and started to follow Vendetta everywhere.”
You can see from all the photos, the duo loves cuddling up together by the shore and going on adventures together.
Whatever it is they’re doing, they do it together, even playing and sleeping at home!
